How is my safety protected by Canadian online pharmacies?
Our Canadian pharmacy takes every possible precaution to ensure your safety. Every order is carefully checked multiple times throughout our filling process. New customers are contacted and all health information is verified to ensure accuracy. Each order is reviewed at least once by a licensed pharmacist. Your health profile is reviewed multiple times and at least once by a Canadian physician.
Our pharmacy uses exclusive software that was designed from scratch to meet the challenges faced by online pharmacies. Integrated into the software is a database which automatically checks for drug interactions. The final step of the filling process includes a check by a pharmacist who also possesses knowledge of drug interactions.
Our commitment to your safety allows you to confidently order from us.

What is the quality of medications dispensed by a Canadian pharmacy?
Our pharmacy only ships prescription drugs approved by Health Canada. To get approval by Health Canada, drugs must meet some of the highest standards. Health Canada is the Canadian equivalent to the FDA.
Most drugs sold in Canada are manufactured in the same facilities that supply prescriptions to the United States. Medications may appear different or come in a different form, tablet versus capsule, but are the same.
Our online pharmacy also sells generic drugs which are the equivalent to brand name drugs. These drugs are as safe as their brand name counterparts and must meet high standards. Generic drugs must prove they provide the same treatment, with the same strength and quantity of active ingredients. Generic standards in Canada are among the highest in the world.

Are all of my prescriptions available?
We sell most prescription drugs. Some drugs sold in the US are not available in Canada. We do not sell narcotics, habit-forming drugs, lifestyle drugs, or any medication requiring refrigeration.
When searching for a specific drug, if it is unavailable an "X" will appear beside the name. Clicking on the name of the drug will pop-up an explanation as to why we do not sell that specific medication.

How much can I save by ordering from Canadian online pharmacies?
Depending on the specific medication, you can save between 15% and 70%. Studies have shown that an average American may be able to save $2000 per year when ordering from online pharmacies based in Canada.

Why are prices lower in Canada?
The main reason prices are so much lower in Canada is government price controls. In Canada the government negotiates prices with drug manufacturers. Prices are typically set at the average price paid by citizens of other countries, including European countries and the United States. Prices in the US are unregulated and manufacturers can set whatever price they wish. Drug companies in the US are also permitted to direct market prescription drugs to consumers, for example, through television advertisements. These ads are not cheap and add to the cost of prescriptions.
You can also save money when buying from a Canadian pharmacy due to the exchange rate between US and Canadian dollars. One US dollar is worth up to $1.50 Canadian. These means your money goes further in Canada. Prices on our website already reflect this savings and are listed and billed in US dollars to save you the hassle and cost of exchanging currencies.
One additional reason we save you money is by selling Canadian generics. Canadian generic drugs meet the same high standards as their brand name equivalent and typically are significantly cheaper. Generic manufacturers do not have to pay the high costs of research, development and testing and therefore can sell medications for cheaper. The existence of a generic equivalent also has the effect of creating competition and keeping prices lower, especially if more then one manufacturer sells the same generic drug.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and electronic checks. Electronic checking is done by providing us the routing and bank account numbers from one of your checks, along with your driver's license number and mother's maiden name. This allows us to charge your checking account directly. If you have any questions about online checking simply call us toll free at 1-888-431-1166.

What do you charge for shipping?
We only charge one low shipping fee of $9.95 per order, not per prescription. If you order with a spouse or family member, please indicate to us that you would like the two orders shipped together and we will make every attempt to do so. If we are able to ship the orders together you will still only be charged one shipping fee.
If you order prescriptions from more than one of our filling pharmacies you will be charged $9.95 for shipping per country. For example if you order from our Canadian pharmacy as well as or UK pharmacy you will be charged 2 shipping fees of $9.95

Are there any hidden fees, taxes or charges?
No, you are only charged the price of the prescriptions you order plus one shipping fee of $9.95 per order. We do not charge extra filling fees or order placement fees like some other online pharmacies.

Do you accept insurance coverage?
Due to us being a Canadian pharmacy we can not accept payment from US insurance coverage. We will provide you with a receipt which your insurance provider may or may not accept. Please check with them first.

How does a 90-day supply save me money?
When you order a 90-day supply you only pay one shipping fee. If you were to order 3 30-day supplies to get the same amount of drugs you would have to pay 3 shipping fees of $9.95. Ordering for 90 days saves you 66% on shipping fees versus 30-day supplies.
Some drugs also have a bulk rate discount that saves you more when ordering 90-day amounts. Unfortunately we can not ship more than a 90-day supply due to US law which only allows an individual to import drugs for personal use, which cannot exceed 90 days. We can also only ship as much medication as your doctor has prescribed up to 1 year. For less hassle ask your doctor to write your prescription for 90 days with 3 refills.

Do you require a prescription?
Yes, we require a valid prescription written by a licensed American physician. Our own Canadian doctor will review your health profile and if he agrees with the prescription will issue you a prescription as well which we can legally fill.
Watch out for online pharmacies that do not require a prescription for prescription medications or ones that offer "online doctor consultations." We take all necessary precautions to protect your safety.

How long does it take for new orders and refill orders?
Orders for new prescriptions take from 14-21 days to be processed, shipped and arrive at your door. Refill orders take 7-14 days to arrive.
Please note that US customs may hold any package for up to 30 days. As this is beyond our control we can not be responsible for this delay.

What do I need to get started?
First you must be examined by your licensed US physician, within the last year, and obtain a written prescription for your medications. Place an order from us (how to order) and send us a copy of your prescription(s). We can fill a prescription for up to 90 days at a time and refill up to the total amount prescribed by your physician or 1 year maximum. Once your prescription has run out you must see your doctor again and obtain a new prescription.

What quantity of prescriptions can you send?
We can only send up to a 90-day supply at a time. US law allows for the importation of medication for personal use only up to a 90-day supply.

Can you legally fill my US prescription?
Yes, once a Canadian doctor has reviewed your health profile and approved your prescription we can fill it.

Are there any medications I can not buy from you?
It is illegal for us to ship narcotics or controlled substances across the border. We will not sell lifestyle or habit-forming medications and it is not possible at this time to ship refrigerated medications.
Some medications are simply not yet available from Canada, please check back often as we will add a drug if and when it becomes available. Some drugs may also not be available because they are cheaper for you to purchase locally.
