Protecting your privacy is important to Canadian-Pharmacies Ltd. ("CBP"). This Policy explains how C-P uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by you while using CBP's Web site (the "Main Site"). Any personal information collected or provided to us through the Main Site will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented.
Any Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the “Secure Site”) will be treated subject to the terms provided in the order form which you should review prior to providing that information.
The Main Site and Secure Site are collectively referred to as the “Site”.
By using the Site, you signify your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not use the Site.
Personal Information You Specifically Provide
During your use of the Site, you may decide to voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number when asked for purposes such as communicating with CBP. C-P may use your personal information to contact and correspond with you, to respond to your inquiries, and as otherwise permitted by law. If you provide your email address, C-P may send to you, from time to time, email containing information about C-P and other matters it believes will interest you. Personal information provided to place an order on the Secure Site will be protected as stated in the privacy terms of the order form.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
If C-P is involved in a merger or other reorganization, C-P may disclose your personal information to the resulting
organization. Also, C-P must cooperate fully should a situation arise where C-P is required by law or a legal authority
to release your personal information. C-P takes reasonable precautions to avoid the unauthorized disclosure of your
personal information. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the Internet, security and privacy risks cannot be eliminated
therefore C-P cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy. You may request access to your personal information and information about CBP's collection, use and
disclosure of that information by contacting C-P at privacy@Canadian-Pharmacies.com. Subject to certain legal
exceptions, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information, and you will be entitled to challenge
the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate.
Tracking Information
C-P may use and share with our partners non-personal statistical or demographic information which cannot be
connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users for research purposes.
Other Matters
The Site may contain links to other websites which collect information about you voluntarily or through cookies.
C-P has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other websites. If you stop using the Site or your
permission to use the Site is terminated by CBP, C-P may continue to use and disclose your personal information
in accordance with this Policy as amended from time to time. This Policy may be changed by C-P from time to time in CBP's sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. New versions of
